Estate Sales

We are Kent and Julie Perron and we are owners of Potential LLC. We have lived in Colorado Springs, Colorado for over fifteen years and have worked in various local non-profit and retail roles. We recently relocated to Oklahoma and are excited to offer our exceptional services in the Broken Arrow/Tulsa area. We love vintage, antique furniture, and collectables and have been offering restoration and finishing services since 2019. 

In 2020 we launched Potential LLC which provides partial and complete estate liquidation services for you, your family and business. We offer our service in a straightforward and honest way that will take the difficult work out of your hands when you find the need to liquidate your personal or a loved one’s estate. 

We will work with you to first determine what items you intend to sell and keep from your estate. We will then sort, organize, set up, stage and market your sale so that you receive the best outcome. We work quickly and efficiently and understand the stress involved in needing to clear your home if you’re selling and moving soon. 

Our goal is to take all of the work off your plate so that you can focus on the most important things during your time of transition.  We offer our services anywhere in Broken Arrow, Tulsa, and surrounding areas.
